PROCESSING & SHIPPING
All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Please allow extra processing time during major sales or holidays.
Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes. However, if you need assistance, email us at connect@completegraceco.com with as many details as possible, and we’ll do our best to help. Our team is available Monday - Friday.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
- FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $120 within the contiguous U.S.
- A $9.99 flat-rate shipping fee applies to orders under $120 and all orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico (weight restrictions may apply).
- Transit times: 3-10 business days, depending on shipping method, delivery location, and peak times.
- Expedited shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Please note that our standard 3-5 business day processing time still applies, so plan accordingly.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your shipping label is created. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours after the label is generated.
Once shipped, the order is in the hands of the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, missing, or stolen packages. If you experience issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
